If you have Power Pole Blade covers?

I purchased two basically new, black Power Pole Blade covers off of a member. These are the black covers that aren't available on the web-site anymore, now they only offer a grey cover. Said his wife bought them for him and he has Talons and I 100% believe him. Covers came in just as advertised but are they not designated Port or Starboard? When I look on the Power Pole site I don't see a designation. They are going to bother me because the zipper on the port side is on the inside closest to the motor and the one on the starboard side has the zipper facing out. And no, you can't just flip it because they are fitted at the top so they will only go one way. When I zoom in on the grey ones on the website, it is just like mine, I just can't imagine that is right. Seems like the zipper should be on the inside on both. I know, real world problems, but I am anal about stuff like that! So where are your zippers?

I have the old black covers. They only fit one way. Zippers are as you described. They will eventually fade to a grayish color right about the time you get use to the zippers. Lol

If you know someone that can sew or can find someone that does I would imagine it would be pretty easy to swap the zipper

Mine are like that also. Only time they are used is while traveling for more than an hour or longer.

Just turn your starboard pole around.

Thanks for all the replies. Only cover them because of the bugs that get on them.

I cover mine in case a hydraulic line leaks while traveling so it doesn’t allow pole to lower and drag the road, a simple strap would do the same.

Everything has a cover now.... Motor covers, Power poles covers, Electronic covers, Reel covers, Rod covers etc... before long we want have time to fish bc everything is covered. Probably should just leave the cover on the boat

Covers are for traveling, rocks, bugs etc. Also if you have hose blow while traveling they will keep your PP mostly up and not drag the spike down the highway.
