Different Prop for More Bow Lift

I have a 2007 Ranger z21. It is powered by a 2019 Yamaha SHO 250. I have a Yamaha T1 25p prop . I was running 69 to 70mph loaded. Well--I just had to have an Ultrex and a double stack sonar mount with 12 inch Garmin Livescope and a 10 inch Helix.

Adding all that weight to a nose heavy z21 lost me almost 4mph and the boat takes forever to accelerate. I am still hitting 5850 on RPMS--

The Ultrex is 13lbs heavier than the Fortrex and adding the Livescope Blackbox and the rest of my electronics set up seems to be too much to get the bow out of the water.

I can live with it as I love the ride of the boat, the fishability etc.

Will getting the prop cupped properly or even another prop help with speed and bow lift? I have searched through many threads and there does not seem to be a clear answer.

    Thanks in advance

The prop you have lifts the bow well. You might just have a little more tip cup added by Mark Croxton. You can get more bow lift, But you might not gain all of the speed back.

Try lowering the motor 1/2 inch as it may have been marginal on height before the additions

12" jack plate seems to be a common "fix"
