It's probably 3" past each side of the boat. I would have to guess that it is at or just under the 102" max width for a trailer

I went to a 10’ door to make it easier. Could get it in with old door, but needed grease. Real bear to pull out if you weren’t lined up perfect. Believe the old door was 8’
