    Phoenix Hull Design

What is history of hull design on a Phoenix?
I know they started out with the Bumble Bee molds..
What or Have changes been made since then? Have the hulls been modified over the years and what was changed?
Thanks for you help in advance

The Diamond Vee hull was Phoenix's patent. The made a few Bumblebee boats with the newer resins that Phoenix uses. I don't think the hull has changed just the caps. Not 100% sure though!

Stratos yes, Champion and the most recent StratoChamp no. The bottom of the Phoenix hull doesn't look like the bottom of the Champion or my StratoChamp's hull.

I always tell people the same thing when people ask about the Phoenix hull and ride. Take a ride in one in some water you feel is on the rough side. You will be amazed! I am willing to bet it seals the deal for you

I've had a Blazer 625 with the Merc 4S for a couple of years now. Just was curious of the design on the Phoenix hull.
Everyone says take a ride in one and I will. I am pretty sure a Phoenix will be my next..maybe by next spring. Thx guys for the help!

Yeah everyone loves their boat so the best thing to do is decide for yourself. I no doubt have a bias option as do every other bass boat owner, I would put Phoenix ride up against any other boats.

Coming from a Champ, I will say the ride is a great ride in rough stuff.
My 819 surprises me every time in 2’-3’ white caps. Just cuts right through it and its
    such soft dry ride.
