I have 2 HDS live units networked together with the helm unit has a 3&1 connected to channel 2 and a Airmar connected to channel 1

2nd unit has no transducers connected to it, only a power cable and network cable, I able to go to source for both transducers on both units for 2d view so everything works

Now what i cant figure out is when going to down/side scan on the 2nd HDS unit my source selections are "This Unit" and "Airmar" no 3&1 , my down/side scan work if i choose the Airmar source , so why does it work under Airmar source and my 3&1 does not show up

Your 2nd HDS gets structurescan from the 3i1 on the 1st HDS, it is just a bug in the naming. Well know when running Airmar.
