RODgeeks 7-11 H MF

Does anyone have experience building on the RODgeeks 7-11 heavy moderate fast carbon 4 blank? I purchased the blank and a little unsure of what exactly I want to do with it. I thought it might make for a good punch rod, but not certain it has the power I'm looking for. I'm thinking of trimming it down quite a bit and making it more general purpose.

Makes a decent flipping stick. Has plenty of power and the more moderate flex fits a flipping style
