    I’ve had good success with the regular red craw. Ike’s Demon looks good too

    Ike's demon, and the regular brown/gold carp color are all you need, but get some shad color too.

    Depends on the baitfish in your area. I use 3 basic colors; a plain Shad color, chartreuse blue (we call it charpoon) and green & red (watermelon Craw). With those 3 I can usually see if they’re preferring normal, light or dark.

    Be sure and get some #7s in the color Crawdad. It’s actually an orange shad pattern. Good friend of mine always calls it a carp shad. It flat catches them in early spring.
