Ive seen all the posts on the led backup lights and would like to get some. However I have incandescent lights on my trailer that all work fine so I dont want to replace them.
Will the LED backup lights work with my setup or will I have problems?

New LED lights should be fine. A lot of options out there. I chose Optronics, because they have a lifetime warranty on their LED lights. I have used it and they stand by their word.
There are many options out there as well as many different price ranges. Some of the ones from boat manufacturers will give you price shock but there are much cheaper alternatives out there. I bought mine off Amazon and they work great. Make sure you get IP68 rated lights to withstand being submerged for longer periods of time. The IP67 will for "For a while" but will eventually get water in them and quit.
I added these two years ago and have worked flawlessly !! Got them from Amazon.
