Is there a trim limit switch on my engine (2B780809)? It seems like it doesn’t trim up high enough when trying to use transom savers. I recently purchased TH marine motor sticks but the engine won’t trim high enough to put them on.

There is a PCM-setting for the TILT (Trailer) limit. This setting requires the use of the G3 Diagnostic Tool (at a dealership).

Hey EuropeanAM I have a similar problem. I have had my Mercury for a year and all of a sudden I cannot trim up high enough to get my motor tote off. Will that be the same fix?

Took my boat to my dealership Jet A Marina they hooked up lab top and reset to factory settings. Took maybe 5 minute.
