    Exhaust grommet

    sn2b736768 how does the rubber exhaust grommet come off on the v8 4 stroke putting sticker on and need that grommet removed

    Are you talking about the idle relief port at the back of the engine?

    If so, it simply lips into the lower-rear cowl panel. Strongly recommend removing the port side lower cowling as this tube also connects into the Port-side muffler at the other end (and it's possible it might disengage while you're moving it around).

    Yes the idle relief port putting a vinal wrap on it would like to remove it then reinstall after the vinal is on it

    Might be easiest if you remove the lower cowlings and the rear/lower panel (access would be better to the tube).
