There is another post about tackle warehouse and their slow a$$ shipping. I placed my order on the 27th and its supposed to be here on the 16th. Took over a week just to get a tracking #, and yes all the items i ordered were "showing" in stock.

I placed my most recent order on March 23rd. They gave me a delivery date of April 12. April 12th it was on my doorstep. Everything I ordered was in stock when I ordered, and when they shipped. Box was intact. They did ask if I wanted 2 day shipping. But nothing was that important. And when I have gone the two day route, it never made it, in the past.
I'm good.

It's not a scam, they have stated multiple times on social media and to people who called that they are severely short staffed and behind. 2-day and next day get priority picks and then it goes on down the line. Unfortunately the government pays people to sit on their ass and do nothing which hurts businesses. The worst thing you can do for them is to stop supporting them due to circumstances out of their control. This is happening to thousands of businesses across the country whether due to employee issues or supply chain issues. I work for a manufacturer and we cannot hire anyone even through employment agencies. Its appalling.

I wanted my stuff, I paid for next day and got it next day. Fine by me.

You could have ordered it from BPS and received a $67 order in 4 shipments spread out over a month or so. "Free Shipping", but 4x the exposure to a severe scolding by the spousal unit. All 4 return labels said Springfield, MO, but I'm suspecting they come from warehouses or stores all over the country. NOT doing that again. Our local BPS and Cabela's stores are pretty useless, IMO.

TW, on the other hand, is operating under the Covid restraints of those nice folks who control California, reducing their staffing to keep 6' distance, etc.

Placed an order with TW the other day. Received confirmation same day along with telling me they are short handed with probable delay in shipment. Fine with me, since they explained up front.

Placed an order for new laptop with Dell almost two weeks ago. Never received confirmation, nor have I received the laptop, tho I can tell the charge is pending against my credit card.

I’m sorry but I feel orders should be processed in the order they are received

Extra should be paid for faster shipping not processing

So they are saying you’re not important unless you pay more

And since I’m not willing to pay the extortion fee my order gets pushed off

Not buying from them until this is resolved!

By the time I factor in gas to drive to the nearest store that might have what I order from them that extortion fee is saving me money so I guess I'm the real winner there!
