    Trailer wiring

On my trailer I have a 5 pin plug with 10 wires that I use a connector to a round 7 pin. On my way home from the Lake it disconnected and the male end from the boat got ruined. Not sure where to find replacement. See attachment.
    TIA, Jeff

What you will need to do is combine the wires on the trailer side, brown to brown yellow to yellow etc. Then the five wires will match up. If it were me I would just splice in the 7pin connector on the trailer side!

That's a mighty fine wiring harness and must be custom by whoever made your trailer. You don't find plugs like that every day.

Thank you for the advice I really do appreciate it. I ended up cutting off the five flat and combining the wires as suggested and wiring to the seven round plug direct. Seems to be working great,
    Jeff
