What’s a reasonable mileage expectancy out of boat trailer tires?

I have a 2017 Triton with a tandem axle trailer and I just noticed my left rear tire is wearing on the inside and the belt is starting to show, the other 3 tires seem to be fine.I have 28,000 towing miles according to my speedometer. The tires that came new on trailer are Carlisle and I haven’t had any issues until now. Thanks

Most don't talk mileage but years. 3 to 4 years at best. So I'd think your due some new rubber.

Never consider miles only age of tire. 4-5 years max.

This. Weather cracks typically appear well before tread wear.

28,000 miles on trailer tires sounds like you've gotten your use from them.

    1. Age of tire.
    2. Tread

Mileage is not important just go by the above 2 indicators.

Btw my Carlisle have about 15,000 miles on them. Great tires.
when you see this on the water stop and say hi.
