I will admit that I have complained about Ranger here and there. I believe some of my rants were worthy and some probably not.
However, I was disappointed when I called last week to order a new lid and was told I would get a return call within two days. With that being said, it actually took five days.
The Ranger Parts Department employee who called me back was very sincere, apologetic and spent a ton of time with me to make sure I got the correct parts.
She even stayed on the phone while she emailed me a picture of a plumbing part I needed to make sure it was correct. It was a pleasure dealing with her as you could tell she loved her job and truly cared about customer satisfaction!
I know there has been and continues to be major changes but I still believe Ranger is the best boat built and when they get through some of these software problems everything will be just fine.
