    Thumbs Up Ranger Parts Dept

    I will admit that I have complained about Ranger here and there. I believe some of my rants were worthy and some probably not.

    However, I was disappointed when I called last week to order a new lid and was told I would get a return call within two days. With that being said, it actually took five days.

    The Ranger Parts Department employee who called me back was very sincere, apologetic and spent a ton of time with me to make sure I got the correct parts.

    She even stayed on the phone while she emailed me a picture of a plumbing part I needed to make sure it was correct. It was a pleasure dealing with her as you could tell she loved her job and truly cared about customer satisfaction!

    I know there has been and continues to be major changes but I still believe Ranger is the best boat built and when they get through some of these software problems everything will be just fine.

    I called last Friday am. Have not heard from them yet. Going on the 5th business day. Don't think they get a thumbs up from me.

    I must have a magic phone.......have never got a recording/or was told about a return call. Are you sure you're calling "Ranger Parts" or White River. Seems to be to separate entities that even Ranger dealers don't like.

    Told me yesterday to expect a call back in 1-2 weeks. Not in a rush, so no big deal.

    I have been calling Ranger. They are learning a new software program. Not to mention, They cant get people to work because they are making more money staying home getting them BIG GOVERNMENT checks.

    I totally agree.....the new Ranger parts order system is awful. I deal with three different Ranger dealers and they are all very frustrated.

    I’ve sent 3 emails to parts requesting an order for a cover and traction pad for my 2018 520L. Zero response. My dealer isn’t any better. Any dealers out there that want an order?

    Ive complained several times myself.
    I usually get a call back within 3 days.
    I actually didnt know ranger was moving or moved i heard this yesterday to bronson i believe. .
    I believe they make the best boats available i also believe its like many other businesses, a huge corporation buys them out and its just never the same,although i was shocked when i researched and BP purchased them what 13, 14 years ago?

    Anyway CEE CEE OR HOWEVER you spell her name at ranger is usually who i deal with and shes great, ive never got a bad one yet always friendly and willing to help.Only ones ive felt didnt really care and kind of just went through the motions like a robot was the bass pro operators that take your info for call back.

    But i still love ranger and i will just pray they get it straight

    They never called me back and I can't get in touch with them on the phone now. If I wanted to go through a dealer for every part I would have bought another Skeeter. No matter moving, changing part numbers or covid this is really sad.

    Cee Cee was great for me as well. However, it's been three weeks since I placed my order. No shipping confirmation yet and nobody will return my calls. Hitting the road at the end of April and I need these parts, really sucks!

    Absolutely the WORST customer service in the boat business now.....right up there with Nitro Boats!
    10 days no call back from latest issue......no return call.
    Very Sad......2022 boat wont be my next one......here kitty kitty!��IMHO opinion of course.

    I called on Friday, and got thru to a woman who took my info, though it used to be in the system as I had ordered several times before. Then I told her the parts I needed and she said she put in my order, and then said the parts specialist was busy and would have to look up the specific parts. Have not got a call back or any other info. I never had this issue before and now, it seems like they just have people answering the phone who have no idea how to actually order the parts needed. I am not holding out hope to get a call back or ever receiving the correct parts.

    Got my callback today. Think it was day 13 so right in line with the 1-2 week estimate given. For what it's worth, the guy on the line said they were having trouble staffing the parts department. Said they just hired 6 new people and were in the process of training them, hoping to get back to taking calls the same day soon. Also said everything thing will be billed through Bass Pro now, but that's not too surprising.
