Where to buy good quality Double Ear Skirt Collars

I build a number of jigs and the skirt collars I have are relatively junk. I recently bought some jigs from 5ishlures.com and they have substantial skirt collars that never seem to break. They are red in color. Does anybody know where to get good quality Double ear skirt collars?
