Is this one of Clifford Pirch's old boats? Regardless, sounds like a nice ride.

I think you may really enjoy the combo... A buddy of mine bought one of Clifford Pirch's boats a few years ago and LOVES it!! He can't say enough about the Suzuki overall and is the number one person that sold me on the motor itself. The motor on that boat he says is awesome and I see him flying around the Cal Delta from time to time.. in about 3 years he's put over 500 hrs on the motor and has not had an issue... he's been making sure to do the oil change as needed. The boat itself I've not heard him complain about..haha.. Also, not sure if helps but he's running a 29P 4 blade zuk prop on that set up and says is totally happy with the performance. Congrats on your purchase and especially on the 250SS.. : )

Yes but was your friend's boat as SS model? With that prop I will guess it's not, but I could be in error.

    I don't know. I'm buying from day's boat sales.

Does that boat dealer also sell Vexus as well? If so, it was probably one of Clifford Pirchs old boats.

I don't think it was his because the job done adding the bow electronics did not look professional. Stripped screws and the screw covers are missing and all screw crooked. If it was his I'm sure it would of been done right.

1st time on the water today. 2 people tournament load 70mph at 6000rpm wondering if I mess with jackplate if I can get more from it?

With that much load and that performance, I wouldn't touch a thing. All you can do is mess it up. But, that's why you're asking the question is to get our opinions, and all of them stink right!?!

Seriously, I'd leave it alone and go fishing. Mess with it after a few months of driving it

Just curious, which prop are you running? You might able to squeeze another mph or two out of it by slightly raising it.

    Nice numbers.

Share your prop specs with the crowd.
