Thanks guys. As far as carpet removal and such, I did not have to deal with that since I have an intercoastal model. I would have saved ~$300 if I would have templated and installed myself. To me, it was easier and less of a headache to have them bring the machine out to measure everything and install it. Took an hour or so to get measurements and about 2 weeks for it to be cut and shipped. My dealer had it installed in about an hour. Spent this past week on Lake Fork with it and I am really liking the results. It is a different material and doesn’t get hot as one would think it would. It is cooler than carpet for sure. I fished bare foot most of the week.

To the OP, if you do have a 520L as stated, Ranger has a traction matt that is an option for that rig.
Have it in mine and love it.

yes i have a 2019 z520L,love the boat ,just would like a little more padding up front ,.what i don't understand is when u remove carpet is there gel coat where the sea deck doesn't cover and is it better for water drainage around lids. the carpet holds water ,so when u open lids it drops inside.

A friend of mine had it installed on his 520vx and the gap between the lids and deck were horrible but all in all the seadeck was beautiful but the gaps threw it off

A question if anyone can help. I found a local guy(St. Augustine) who can install Aqua Traction in my 2016 Z521C cock pit area. He asks if the floor on this year is the same as a 2020 model in the same boat? I seem to remember a thread on here sometime back on this same question. This will save time and money if he does not have to measure it.

thanks in advance for the help
