Maybe call one or two of the marine repair shops in town and see if they can point you in the right direction?

Try American Marine...(608) 783-2628 Many places offer winter storage but I think this place has a storage/launch service where they'll store your boat indoors...put it in and take it our for you. The sales guy talked about this service when I was boat shopping. Not sure how much they charge...probably a premium.

Northland Storage is another option. They have mini-storage units all over the area and I'm sure some have electricity. I've rented a unit in the past. If Sheila is still running the place, you'll enjoy great customer service.
