You need to go to an dept.of agriculture office. If you do it in person that is. Alot do it by mail. I go to the office.

Just go to the website and it will take you ten minutes. Just remember you will be 50 pounds in your picture. LOL

DMV is easy, if one is in your area that does them. You can make an appointment or walk in.

Went to the Agriculture office and was in and out in 20 minutes. They redo everything including the photo right there.
What was so tricky about doing it online? I did mine online and it was pretty painless.
