I was in a Phoenix for a few years. Sold when I moved as I didnt have a garage yet. The customer service is first class all the way. You got to watch the Phoenix forum as guys typically jump all over any negative comments and claim their boat is perfect. That being said, The trailer is lower quality than other brands such as Skeeter or Ranger. The lids will creak from time to time when you step on them as Phoenix uses no weather stripping on the lids. The carpet is not the best quality and tends to lose its fluff pretty quick. They still use that cheap foam backed vinyl on the consoles that we used on boats in 90s. The compartments in the step up will leak. The passenger rod locker likes to leak as well. All in all I didnt have any regrets owning mine and would buy another. I wouldnt think twice about buying a Phoenix over a Caymas. Just my experience and opinion.

Pumps & fittings are a pain to replace, wiring was sloppy, water leak thru rub rail cap ,carpet glue bled through carpet (stained) , other that that ! Awsome boat ! I love mine !

Congrats! My 921 Elite just arrived at the dealer, so I still have some waiting left for them to do a few things. The wait is long and painful lol, but it's worth it.

Keep working on the set up, seat time and load balance and you'll stop what little there is before it starts without even thinking about it.

I have a 2020 721 ProXP...My only regrets would be things that came out after my purchase...like the EVA flooring option in the cockpit area and the new power pole Charge system. On the 721 they offer an upgraded wiring package that includes a fuse panel at the console and you can add new circuits from this. Probably a good option to have added in hindsight, but I ended up installing my own. I also could see the benefit to a padded cooler lid and it would be nice if they also had a padded center console lid.

Not a one! Just picked up Friday. I don’t know how to drive through the chine walk, but I’ll learn.
Perfectly laid out boat, sooo smooth in chop, handles like a Porsche, and fast.
Only thing I don’t like is carpeted locker, but that’s a minor thing.

Best boat on the market ... on my second 21phx. Gary, Tim & the Phoenix team are second to no one. Customer service responsive and awesome! Had three Z520c’s, Triton, multple Nitros, & trackers ... no comparison to Phoenix... period
