    NOCO Genius 10, No lights

Brand new charger from Christmas. Finally took it out of the box to top off a battery in the garage. Hooked up the clamps. Connect the cables together. Plug into wall. Saw it had a reverse polarity light on. Looked at the clamps and smack myself on the head.

    Unplug from wall.
    Swap clamps.

    Plug back in.

I hold down the mode button for like 3 seconds and see it allows me to change to AGM

Charger light starts up at 25%, then all the lights faded off.

Looks like it's dead but left it plugged in for a few more minutes just in case.

Yep, looks dead. Tested the outlet to make sure it does have power.

Held the mode button down for 1, 5 and 10 seconds to see it there's an off switch or sonething.

Something I'm missing or it sounds like this charger is dead?

This is what I would do
    Check fuse in charge leads
Unplug the AC power cord for 5 minutes and try again
    Check owners Manuel
    Call support
    Thank You Leon Pugh

Sounds like there is an issue. I just installed mine in on Saturday, connected my AGM starting battery and 2 Li troller batteries and all worked like it should have. I was even able to put the two Li battery banks in standby while the AGM continued to charge. Its simple so, like above, maybe unplug to reset? Have you tried switching banks around on the battery or try another battery?

    All of them on:

    Li banks on standby:

It appears the unit is dead, unless there is an off/on switch somewhere.....

There's only 1 bank for this. The fuse on the positive wire for the battery shouldnt matter for this situation but I did check it just in case. I did test it on another battery just in case.

I've reached out to NOCO, so we shall see what they say.

fishin couillon, did you manually put the lithiums into standby or did the charger do that automatically? I currently have the IONIC charger. If and when that dies, my plan was to get that GENPRO 10x3 but now, I'm not so sure.

Why is that? Shouldn't it go automatically into standby when fully charged?

Anyways quick response from NOCO. They said to send it into their warranty department. Have to pay shipping though. Hmmmm, i wonder if Amazon will just take it back......

Got my replacement from Noco yesterday. Over a month. Testing it now and seems to be working as intended.

    So the NOCO 10.

Can somebody explain this to me.

Got a new 60 ah lithium battery, Connect the charger to it and after several minutes, all 4 lights are on with the green light flashing. I'm thinking great, battery is close to full already.

That was at 5:30PM. It's now 11:50PM and charger still doesn't indicate a full charge. Only the green light is on now but it's flashing or pulsing. It's been this way for at least over an hour. Disconnected it before bed.

    What's the deal here?
