    Rain Suit suggestions

Hi all,, I'm looking to get a rain suit and have my eyes on the BPS 100MPH, Cabelas Guidewear, Aftco and Simms. I'm trying to make a decision but haven't been able to decide on one. Budget is around $500. Seeing what others have and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thx much!

I have the gray aftco suit and it leaks bad. I also have two buddies that have the aftco suit and they both leak as well.

I got the 100mph suit. I’m not sure if it’s the best on the market, but it keeps me dry and has held up for 3yrs now. No complaints here

I have one of the old BP 100mph suits that like everyone says is heavier than the new ones. I’ve had it several years and have no complaints. I use it for winter temperatures, but for me won’t work for temps over about 60 degrees u less there’s a strong cold north wind. For mid/high temps I’ve got the Simms tournament jacket/bibs and it’s great as well. No complaints there either. Think I’d take the Simms if I could only have one suit and layer for the cold temps. www.jblangley.com. Fish in it for 60 days, if it’s not the best rain suit you have ever worn send it back for a full refund.

I have Guidewear, 2 sets of 100mph and a Simms Pro. I just purchase a used Gill over the holidays. Nothing compares to the Gill jacket. Nothing would compare to the Gill bibs if they had a few pockets. Other than Gill, Guidewear all the way.

I've been running the Huk suit for the past 4 years with zero issues.

Bought my first one 4 or 5 years ago. I lost a ton of weight and bought another a couple of years ago. I bought the Pro Dry at the same time as when I bought the last Challenger. The Pro Dry is definitely a cut above as the price reflects but the Challenger stays in my boat and gets worn a lot as well.
