Two years of delays, motions, mental evals, and all the other BS delays justice for the families of the victims. If there is no doubt about it then just get on with it. The death penalty didn’t deter the POS so the punishment enters the picture.

He went to Highland High School in Albuquerque, NM. I remember him a bit. I truly feel for his family. He had several kids and now they are without a Dad.
