After an exhaustive search for a 2021 Yamaha SHO with none in sight for the near future, I found a nice 2014 Merc 250 Pro XS with 126hrs from a great member here on BBC...steve built me a 7" Rapid Jack Magnum and with the spacer mounts for Blades I have a total setback of 8.5"...ordered a new UFLEX SilverSteer hydraulic steering with 14' Bulkhead mount hoses...all lids have been removed and are being built out and painted 3" around the edge for a complete front to back Marine Mat interior...bye bye carpet! Gt 2 bucket seats and 16.5 center should be here next week...that's where the complete bow to stern upgrade is now.
