Any fellow Kamado Joe owners out there?
Hey all,
Just curious if there any fellow owners of Kamado Joe grills out there. I've owned my classic 3 for the past 2 years and I absolutely love it. From pizzas, to Rotisserie chicken, smoked pork and of course texas style brisket, I'm very happy with the results. What are your favorite recipe's and what are you using for charcoal these days?

I have a classic 3. Just did chicken, brats and cabbage on it last night. My only regret is not getting the XL.
I went back to their large lump charcoal. It burns well and pretty clean.
