The map is down right now, but you can't go off of elevation, you have to go off percentage of flood pool, Grand and Gibson are identical right now. For whatever reason the last few years they have held Grand back, not good for property owners around the shoreline. We have 65k coming in, they need to let 85k out and get the lake back down. Let if flow thru Gibson into the river. The way COE manages the lakes is ridiculous, they screwed up big time what 2 years ago, and they have not learned any lessons. If anything they need to get these lakes down in a hurry now so they have capacity if a big spring rain comes. I do believe Grand should get preference, with the way the shoreline has been sold, it not being a COE lake.
