Same with the Lowrance Hook units, need two different adapters
Not missing the point
The fella I was helping has same unit as I do elite ti2s so we do not need those adaptors.
We need the one adapter
I ALSO WANT TO APOLOGIZE FOR RECOMMENDING YOU TO BOATID!! BECAUSE they are absolutely liars
And told me straight up they had cable in stock when I checked on my order today and called they are waiting on manufacturer!!
I asked the lady when I ordered if I would have it before the weekend if not I will pay for 2 day shipping and she said yes by Thursday lol come to find out it hasn't even shipped yet.
Horrible
Regarding connectivity questions, it's all here on their web site. Scroll down and select 'Connectivity Sell Sheet'.

The 9 pin works great on my Carbon.

I'd love to see the part number on the cable you got
BECAUSE I called before you
And they had to get it from the warehouse
I ordered from sportsman warehouse Wednesday and got it yesterday so.
Boatid I called not a single person a the way up could I even understand
What tray are you all using. I’m goin to get a new one. Width wise it’s a tight fight and length wise it binds the cables.

... loving my new MG Tour Pro HD+ 82lb 24V. Very quiet while running and turning, good sonar images, stow and deploy is easy and secure. Used 9-pin adapter cable to Carbon 9.

Only disappoinment I have is down imaging, but I have never been happy with mine on either of my carbons on 3 different transducers. Makes me wonder if their is a setting I have wrong. Looking forward to my switch to Garmin.
Wanted to back up what you were saying about BOATiD, had absolutely terrible dealings with them as well. Ordered the 7 pin adapter because I was running a hook reveal, said they had 4 in stock. After I ordered it I got an email stating it was back ordered and if I wanted to wait. About a week later I ended up picking up a Elite Ti2 so was looking for the 9 pin adapter. Went on their site and it said they had 3 in stock. Thinking I learned my lesson I started a live chat and asked the guy if they were really in stock. He assured me that they had them in stock and would ship on April 13th( two days after I placed the order) Come April 13th and nothing shipped, I started a live chat again and was told they were indeed out of stock. Im now waiting on both cancellation orders since they said they were ordered straight from Motorguide so I have to wait on them to determine if my order can be cancelled. Will give it a few days before I open claims with my bank. Ended up ordering from Sportsman's Warehouse and got my adapter in two days.
This isn't quite on topic but I have been looking for the weight of the Tour Pro 82 with GPS. None of the motor guide info shows it. Does anyone know the weight of complete mount and motor?
