    Whopper plopper, feather trailer??

    Anybody try a feather trailer on a whopper plopper??

    I have not but I usually straight retrieve mine or very brief pauses. If you fish it slower it sure couldn’t hurt

    I run on mine if I catch 1 more fish a year than it’s worth it to me. I tie my own.

    Yes..always.Mostly throw the 90,and change out the front hook to a nano to lighten up the head and keep it from porposing

    I had that same issue....till I held the rod tip up and slowly lowered it as the bait comes in.
    You should know that in bee tending if you don't shut your trap the bees will get out.
