I took a look at this one today and ended up buying a half position. It is a REIT that is similar to O but looks like it has better growth and only about 4% exposure to fitness and movie theaters. It is yielding about 3.7% and pays monthly. I liked its tenant makeup as well. If anyone is looking for a monthly dividend payer this might be worth a look. It should go nice with my STAG position.

It just means half the amount I want to invest in that position. So if I was going to invest $20,000.00 it would be $10,000.00. Sometimes I may just start with a half position and decide to just reinvest the dividends instead of buying another half if it doesn't fall below my basis.

If you like ADC you should check out STAG as well. But save some money for TW also
