Just received my new passenger w/shield from Ranger- it doesn't fit so well. Anyone have a suggestion? It's about 1/2 to 3/4 " width wise.

Do the holes in the front line up ? Are there even holes pre-drilled ? Can you gently pull it apart to make it fit ?

My Z20 replacement windshield was a little tight, but I forced it to fit with a little elbow grease. Try changing what holes you start on.
