FXR 20 Apex Deck Lights

I picked up the boat today and got the first 2 hours of break in complete. Everything works great, except I can't figure out how to turn on the ridgid deck lights. The Skeeter lights turn on with the courtesy lights switch, but I can't seem to find another switch. Any one have ideas?

There is a red switch on the console , by the jack plate guage that turns them on
