    Black light holes

Is there a special drill bit or best way to drill holes in my fiberglass for black light jacks?

Put some good painters tape where you are going to drill, use a new or sharp drill bit and go slow. The tape will help keep from splintering.

Depends on your fishing style and how you typically cast.
Playing devil's advocate here, but you can get rechargeable battery powered ones that can attach with suction cups, thus no need for wiring issues and drilling holes in your boat.
Black lights have come along way since Stan Sloan's plug in ones. Do some research.

Painters tape where you're going to drill. No special bits, just a pilot hole first and then go bigger so you don't crack the glass.

I just got a set of table rock black lights and they use the jack you are talking about. It was a hard decision because they also make lights with cords and plugs and the battery powered lights don't need wires at all or holes. The TableRock lights seem to be very well built and the plug jack method seems very simple and clean if it's installed right. I mounted mine to the gunnel right in front of the console.
