G2 250HP Lower unit removal / water pump replacement guide

Does anyone have a manual or guide that walks you through dropping the lower unit and replacing the water pump on the G2?

The video in the sticky is no longer available on youtube

    Thanks!

Sorry, don't know what happened with the link. Maybe Seahorse or bighare can kick in with the training video link. I'll keep searching.

    Thanks!

When I click the link, it says the video is no longer available because the uploader’s account is no more.

Can get one from Evinrude's site, Crowley Marine, Boats.net, just off the top of my head.

I bought mine off ebay. It was used but like new. I think I paid like $70-80. It is the first thing I buy when I get a new motor/boat. You can get the part number for your year motor off the Evinrude site.

I plan on changing mine out on a 150HO, can anyone confirm if the procedure is the same as the 250?
