How are the Wiley x with a progressive lenses ?
Maui Jim's they make their own with your prescription. This is unlike other brands that allow anyone to grind lenses that go in their frames.

I have an old pair of Solar Bats that I love. But, new lenses were $300 and if the old frame breaks, I'd still have to pay for the lenses. I have a 5 year old pair of Mike's that are good, but not as comfy as the Solar Bats. I decided to call Solar Bat and with new frames and lenses it was going to be $600! So, I stopped at our local Walmart Vision Care Center. The most comfortable wrap around frames were Ray Bans. With polarized progressive lenses, the tab came to $380. I like them so far. 1 year warranty on the frames and 60 days to return if I'm not happy.
"The man of system is apt to be very wise in his own conceit; and is often so enamored with the supposed beauty of his own ideal plan of government that he cannot suffer the smallest deviation from any part of it…He seems to imagine that he can arrange the different members of a great society with as much ease as the hand arranges the different pieces upon a chessboard.” Adam Smith, The Theory of Moral Sentiments
I have 2 sets of WileyX with progressive lenses nice glasses, one in amber and one blue mirror ,

I have a pair of Oakley Rx sunglasses right now, as that's what my optometrist now sells. I like them okay. However, when he sold Costa's I thought they were better quality. With my insurance, I pay about $300 for the Rx lenses and frames.

Check out Walmart. I went by there and they had several name brand frames that they can put prescription lenses in. The lady told me about a two week turnaround and if I remember correctly she said there was a 60 day return or replace policy, not sure? I had a buddy get a pair of amber lenses w/mirror , polarized etc. for less than $250.
Have Maui Jim's progressives. When my 'script changed last year had them sent back to the factory & used the same frames, Peahi, (spelling?). Yes, they are pricey but very good quality optics.

I have Oakley frames and had my eye doctor put polarized lens in.
SportRx. Send a picture of your Rx and choose from various brands including Costa, Maui Jim, Oakley, Ray Ban, etc. Their process is simple and you will get a pair of Rx glasses from the manufacturer instead of walking into an optometrist office and paying for Costa frames but non Costa lenses. Also if you have an HSA it will pay for them.

Check out WileyX at Frames Direct. They have the WileyX lenses for 60% off. I bought a pair of them last year with progressive lenses. The first pair I got, the progression in the lenses wasn't right. They replaced the lenses for no charge and they were perfect the second time. I'm very pleased with them and the price was great.
