Emerald isle is about the only usable ramp but its a crap shoot whether theyll have it blocked off or not. Im not sure about holmes bend, you might be able to unload on the road

Emerald is open but water is really muddy. The rest of the ramps on that end are blocked off.
With Green being right at 18 ft over summer pool it makes loading/unload very hard. As far as ramp access goes choosing another lake would be a more viable option because they don't have the high water levels with access troubles like Green currently has.
