AT no source
Posting for a friend. He hooked up his new replacement AT and unit says no source.
Do you need more info to help us with this?
I am good with HB and Garmin electronics but no Low experience

Several post here said to do a soft reset on the graph.

Mine turned out to be a bad module. "No Source" indicates an ethernet issue. I swapped cables, even tried a new cable. But the module was a dud.

I had the “no source” on my replacement system...the Lowrance site recommended a hard reset and it fixed mine. Hoping for an on the water test tomorrow. What you can see out of the water looks brighter for sure.

Make sure you have current software updates for the the AT and HSD

Mine worked perfectly out of the box. I installed the 20.1 Carbon update before installing the AT system. Today, I updated the transducer (DONT know why...it was working just fine) and when it rebooted it said “no source” on the screen.
I removed power for the graphs, network, box...etc. when I powered everything back up, it worked. But....now the PowerPoles won’t reconnect to the Carbons.
I get frustrated quickly. I just put the cover back on the boat.
