I have been clinically dead twice for short periods. I have a fairly rare heart condition. Wearing a pacemaker/defibrillator since I was 51. I have a n irregular heartbeat, one knee replacement and 4 hip surgeries. Just getting over sinus surgery now. Heading to the doctor for a check up in a few minutes. I try not to dwell on it but sometimes it sneaks into my thoughts. I find something to keep me busy, which helps more than anything. I kind of move slow but I keep moving. Like Mark said we are not promised a second longer. Just try to live every moment like it’s your last. I try to do something for someone to help them each day if possible. Even if it is a very small thing it helps me to feel relevant! Oh, I am 64 and my dad only lived to 71. But he went out with his boots on!
