    MAX5 ST 27 Pitch?

Is this to much prop for a 2012 Phoenix 721 with 2 stroke 250 proxs, three group 29s, group 31 agm, 12” BOBs jack plate and no poles/talons? Currently running 26 Tempest + 75mph empty at 5900rpms. Don’t care about more speed just looking for a little bit better handling. Thank you for any help .

I would guess it’s too much. Guessing though.

    would be interesting to see
they are special on the new 4 stroke with a SM lower unit, not sure how they work on a two stroke
I started with a 28-- would literally blow out if you hammered it getting on plane. I now have a 30 and amazed how easy it gets my boat on plane

A better option wold be a 27" Bravo XS. Better handling and holeshot.

Zero chance it turns that. I turn a 27 bravo all over the limiter loaded and have a 27 max 5 that on certain days is overpropped
