Spare hub assembly for 2017 Rt198p trailer

Has anyone picked up a spare hub assembly set-up to keep in the truck in case of emergency? I have a 2017 ranger trail single axle with disk brakes. Looking for a part number, or numbers. Thanks

I called Ranger Parts and bought one for my RT188. BUT THINGS HAVE CHANGED SO MUCH SINCE JM BOUGHT THEM....that I don't know if that would work now. You used to be able to call Ranger with your hull number and trailer number and get anything......and have great people answer the phone and help you. I don't think that is the case anymore. He also shut down the RangerTrail trailer department and bought trailers from different suppliers and now...who knows??? I will see if I have the number of the manufacturer of the trailer axle assembly. If I do, I will be back.

If RangerTrail made it, look for VAULT assembly made by UFP in California...Unique Functional Products. If it is like mine, it will not be your typical bearing and race and grease setup...I just don't know when they switched up trailer manufacturers...good luck.

Got mine at eastern marine and packed the bearings with grease for a easier install in case I am on the roadside.

Did you ever find a spare hub? I’m looking for the same one. Thanks

I carry spare bearings, races, nut, washer, seals, and cotter pin, packed in grease, in a butter container. I also carry a mini grease gun with three mini tube of grease. I found out the races were of a smaller OD than the typical / standard size for the inner bearings.

hmm this makes me wonder if I order the right parts to replace my bearings.

The inner race I had to order was Replacement Race - L68110
The kit I ordered had Race L68111 which was too large of an OD
My trailer is a Single Axle Aluminum Frame Trailer. Do not know if there is any difference, but that is what I came across.

Yes, I have all parts for a complete assembly. I’ll see if I can find the sheet with all the part numbers on it when I get home in the morning.

These are the part numbers given to me by an employee at ufp, which I purchased through Pacific boat trailers.
    #32742-O ring for ufp vault hub/rotor 1.980 x2
    #BR-68149- 1.378” id bearing x1
    #BR-L44649- 1.063” id bearing x1
    #41019- Disk brake rotor, ufp DB-35 9.75” zinc plated 5 on 4.5” 3.7k x1
#168255TB- trailer hub grease seal for 1.378” inner bearing x1
I don’t have the part numbers handy for the actual vault caps or the vault grease
    Hope this helps

Thank you! The inner race was indeed a 68110.

I’m not sure of the part numbers on the races, the rotor has the races pre-installed. I guess I should look into that lol
