Have you tried deleting/reinstall the app? Sorry see you've tried two devices still wouldn't hurt to reinstall.

The BMS on the 36v battery has a sleep feature to prevent the bluetooth from draining power from the battery during long term storage, once you charge or pull power the bluetooth should wake up and the battery should be visible on the app, sent you an updated email also but wanted to post here incase anyone else had this issue.

My order from Andy came in today. My BT worked as designed on all 4 batteries. I had to get 30+ yards away from the other 3 to pair and rename the first battery.

Just pulled mine up on the app both show 100 percent
Got mine as well. 3 100s came last week along with the charger and the 125 showed up today. My bluetooth worked fine in the shop. Paired and renamed all three in about 5 minutes. Too much to ask to get it to go through the metal building and 50 yards to the house. Think I am going to love them.
Going to call tomorrow about ordering some Ionic batteries. Possibly a trolling motor as well

Got my 12v 125 ah today and the Bluetooth worked great.
Seems to be issue with single 36 v batteries, sleep mode. Cannot take out of sleep until I install in boat with dc to dc charger in may.
You dont have anything that you can hook up to the battery in the house?? Like a light, 12v accessory, etc.??

he has the new 36v, the BMS is different in a 36v and had more power draw due to casting a constant signal, the sleep feature was added to prevent power drain when battery sits for a long period of time
it will wake up when it receives 36+ volts or by running a 36v TM and pull some current
