    Looking for a 200DF?

This poster seems dissatisfied with his 200SS, here's his post in the General bassboat section:

Selling an outboard, how does it work?

He feels the need for speed... He will increase performance when the wallet gets lighter.

I have the standard 200Df 4 stroke, didn't spring for the SS model. I can barely make 60 but heck, I got it to fish from and get me back. I did get beat to my spot a month ago by a guy with a 250 something-or-other, probably a Mercury. It was about 8 miles and I slacked off not thinking he would be headed there. It was damn cold too.

Got it on a 19 foot 5 inch dual console 285 Stratos. It ain't fast.

Ain't that the truth. But it will help with resell too. I like Suzuki's product a lot, but their DF200SS motor is just not good for bass boats right now.
