    Getting engine hours/RPMS onto a helix 10si g2N or garmin 106sv

    I have a 2017 Yamaha f90xb tiller on my alumacraft competitor. I currently have analog tach and speedo with no digital gauges. I want to be able to track engine hours and RPM’s more accurately. What’s the simplest way to get engine hours and rpms on either of these units?

    NMEA 2000 cable from your Yamaha to a backbone and then to your Helix 10.
