2018 crestliner pt20. Cracks in both corners of the upper transom. On the outside. as pictured. Also has deep scars in the nose cone of the lower unit. Motor is also hung a little bit loose. Is this repairable? Or should we run?

Your second picture would have me worried. It isn't going to get any better!
More cycles of pressure, will just continue the wear and cracking.
Me personally, I would keep looking.

I'd pass, you should be able to transfer warranty, but I think you only get ten years as the second owner. Those cracks won't heal themselves.

Been a few "settlements" over those boats, I've seen them fixed, plated, and crack again. I hope the MX21 re design fixed those issues, cause they look like a great barge to fish from.
Those boats have had weld issues in that year model....sorry to say this, but run away from it.
