    Ultrex on 2000 pro crappie 175

    Anyone running an Ultrex on on a 2000 Pro Crappie 175 or similar setup? I’m about to pull the trigger on one and just want to make sure that there are no known issues or reasons it wouldn’t work out very well. I posted in another group and one guy mentioned I’ll notice a difference in the weight up front because the Ultrex is heavy. Any info or advice would be appreciated.

    I had an ultrex on a 2005 175, no problems. Just had to rewire to 24 volts.

    Did you just run a lower gauge power wire besides having to wire up two batteries?

    What shaft length is your ultrex? Any thoughts. I am thinking 45 for my 175txw
