EBay seems to be the place to get it, It isn't a factory copy though it comes from an Eastern European country.
Got mine from Amazon 84.95, without the boot strap I think its59.95

Factory diags from the dealer are in the $350 range if you can find a dealer that will sell them. I can only comment on what I've read on the www about the aftermarket/copy of the soft ware. I have the factory version. Not sure what kind of support you will get on the aftermarket product if needed, but the reports I've read says it works as advertised.
