    Immortal IMMC73ML Blank

I currently have an Immortal IMMC73ML sitting in a corner. It's caught my eye as a possible weightless senko build. I am trying to decide whether to utilize it as a casting or spinning. I am very open to suggestions. Thank to all in advance.

I just bought a spin rod, it will be used for drop shot, in conjunction with livescope, and for finesse fishing around docks, so it does offer versatility, just my 2 cents.

It builds well either way. Great for senkos built casting.
Makes an awesome rod for dragging tubes built spinning.

That is an awesome and very versatile blank, so which ever way you build it, you're going to love the rod you build on it. Myself, I think a casting rod is more versatile, so I built it as a casting rod. I have it paired with a Curado 200 I, and 12# Tatsu fluorocarbon line. I primarily use it for dragging tubes and smaller lighter Texas rigged soft plastics for smallmouth bass. It's also an awesome blank for smaller 3.3 and 3.8 Keitechs on up to a 3/8 oz head. I don't throw Senkos on it, but I am sure it would fish those just fine as well.

It's got good power, but it's not a blank I personally would fish in anything but lighter cover or open water.
