I was told 7-8 weeks. I know they lost almost a week of production with the weather last week though.
Heard 12 to 15weeks
I also ordered a boat in early January. I was told by my dealer the plant lost 3 days of production. They are going to start working Saturdays to get caught up He was hoping that my boat would still be built 1st week in March.
We placed an order for a customer for a new CX21 PRO this week. We were told by Caymas an end of April completion. But with Covid and parts delays we told the customer there could be unforseen delays. He is in the construction business and totally understands. I told him we will keep him updated throughout the build process.

Its usually about a 10 to 11 week build time, Ranger is about the same time maybe a week longer.

Ordered a CX21 on January 4th. It was pulled out of the Mold last Friday. I was told they lost almost a week of production due to bad weather. Expected delivery to dealer after Mid March.
Was told by Barry yesterday that back order parts was slowing them down like crazy, anything from decals to small SS items were being back ordered from manufactories because of other smaller by manufactories being shut down. I have seen where Ranger has had this problem also, boats setting there for weeks waiting on parts to fill their orders. Its in everything this day and time, look around on car dealers lots, most are pretty thin right now when they are usually pretty thick with cars for sale.
Updating, build start was delayed from March 22 to April 12.

How are you all finding out information on your build times? I ordered mine March 18 and was told by the dealer 8-10 weeks. I've asked the dealer if there is any information on estimated start or completion dates but I never get an answer.
Try posting on the Caymas Facebook page. I was able to get exact build dates and pictures throughout the whole process. Make sure you have the order number for reference.

My boat is on order with the dealer but they will not start the build until they get a 300R, ordered it 6 weeks ago.
