Just received new Navionics Hot Maps Platinum for my Lowrance HDS7-Gen2 keypad model. I've downloaded my specific area to my card from my computer and installed it into my unit. I get a enhanced mapping feature but not the satelite imagery. I've chatted with Navionics and went through all the steps. We can not get the imagery to work on the unit. Any ideas what I can do to get it to work? it is the correct card for my area and should work on my unit.

I didn’t think you downloaded anything for a Hot Maps Platinum. You just purchase your area of the country and get the chip in the mail. There are areas that aren’t covered and I had one that Navionics did replace as I could not view the satellite imagery. They replaced it for free.

Interesting, so maybe I should remove what I loaded and give it a try.
What size card are you using?
Assuming you are going to the Chart Menu and choosing Navionics under Source?
