I just finished building a pitching/flipping rod on the NEPS82MHF-MHX. I don't fish heavy vegetation very often, that's why I went with a MH vs. H for pitching/flipping. My next build might be the blank you listed and would use it for heavy spinnerbaits and Texas Rigging. I like to make long casts and slowly drag Texas rigged craws back to the boat. I think the NEPS86MF would be perfect for that.
