Super easy recipe. Make a cheese gravy/roux with butter, cream and sharp cheddar. Layer potatoes and onions and pour cheese over each layer. In the middle put a layer of gouda and on the very top another layer of gouda with some paprika. Make sure you salt each layer of potatoes as well. In the KJ at 375° for an hour and let them rest for another half hour to thicken and set up. Freaking amazing.
